An Organizational Review provides senior management with an outside assessment of current operations with recommendations for enhancements. Active has talents in many diciplines, from technology, finance, marketing, operations and executive level consulting experience and a history of doing organizational reviews since 1990. In most cases senior management learns of many opportunities for improving operations.

Active will visit you sites, interview staff, review current processes and learn present operational methods. Active will review current reports, products and other work your client receives.  Active will assess the need to refine or optimize processes and estimate the return on the investment for each recommendation.

Active will provide demonstration software, options on addressing specific requirements, and estimates for each new enhancement with costs from Active or third party providers. Active can manage the implementation to ensure success. Active will meet with client senior and operational staff to set priorities, review requirements and outline responsibilities.

The time required for an Organizational Review is primarily a function of the size of the organization and its present capabilities.
