When you start with our consultants, they will perform a detailed review of your organization, including meeting personally with each member of your staff, from executive down to the front desk.  From this review we will know how your firm needs to address your requirements and we will include our recommendations for your improvement objective.  We will present this to you in a binder, explaining your business processes, which often expose good and new things not known to senior management as well as common practices that need to be addressed. It is our directive to serve our senior management clients to make sure the project is successful and all staff are capable of performing their business processes with adequate training. 

Osprey® has run some of the largest trade and professional associations, institutes and association management firms across the country.  There are windows applications, web applications and extensive reports and other tools. 

Osprey® 1.0 was first released in 1990 with hundreds of modules and immediate response on large databases. 

In 1996 Osprey® led the industry with a robust windows system, web registration modules, web staff modules, web membership modules, phone based registration & membership renewal / services, broadcast email, automated address correction, large database deduping tools, additional accounting system integration options and many more industry firsts.  Our system was quickly enhanced with online modules for robust surveys, speaker's bureaus, CEUs, eCommerce, content management, automated financial integrations, UPS shipping, and more.

Many changes have happened since, including more web modules, integrations and innovations.
