Who uses AutoSettleRemote

Companies that have batches of credit cards in PCCharge Payment Server that they want to automatically settle on a scheduled basis. A staff person can use the Administrator module to easily setup the batch settlements, schedule and options.  This application is very easy to setup and comes with excellant documentation.

What is it?

AutoSettle Remote is a Windows service that is configured using a Windows application (the AutoSettle Remote Administrator). It works with PCCharge Payment Server to settle credit card batches on specified schedules. Upon settlement, it can report success and/or failure in a number of different ways so you'll always know if there was a problem with settlement! The Windows service runs quietly in the background waiting to settle your credit card batches. You configure AutoSettle Remote with an administrative tool that you only need to run when you need to change the configuration. This tool is used to setup your merchant accounts, schedules, notifications, and other configuration options.

I have 2 merchant accounts. Is that supported?

Absolutely! You can create any number of schedules for any number of merchant accounts. AutoSettle Remote supports all of the processors that PCCharge supports.

Scheduling

AutoSettle Remote allows you to create any number of schedules for settlement. You can create different schedules for every day of the week, different schedules for holidays, and different schedules for days that you may expect a large number of credit card payments. You no longer need to go into the office on the weekend to settle PCCharge batches!

What is the technology behind AutoSettle Remote?

AutoSettle Remote was developed using the latest .NET technology. It uses eChargeRemote (also developed by Active Computer) to connect to PCCharge over tcp/ip so AutoSettle Remote can run on a different computer, even an entirely different network than PCCharge!
